We bring people together to deliver on regional priorities that will improve health and social care for adults.

How we are making a difference to the lives of adults.

Our purpose

The Cwm Taf Morgannwg Adult Services Programme Board oversees the transformation, development and delivery of identified regional adult services.

Who we are

Our members include people from health, social services, the third sector, education and housing.

We will oversee the delivery of the regional priorities to ensure services and support meet the needs of adults living across the region.

How will we do this?

We will do this by monitoring progress of the services in scope; ensuring services deliver outcomes to adults; monitor budgets and ensure Value for Money is being achieved and identify genuine opportunities for the commissioning of services that benefit adults.

How does the Adult's Services Board work?

We have put together a visual representation of the board so you can see how it is structured.
