My team and I support the Regional Partnership Board governance arrangements and coordinate partnership meetings and agendas as well as partnership funding streams including the Integrated Care Fund and the Transformation Fund. The RPB brings together a range of partners across health and social care to collectively plan integrated services to improve outcomes for the people living in Cwm Taf Morgannwg. This enables us to share best practice and learning. There is a renewed focus on co-production and engagement ensuring that citizens voice can be heard and championed.
