As Policy Advisor for Care Forum Wales, I represent providers of regulated care services (private and third sector) for all age groups across care homes, domiciliary care and supported living.
I serve as provider representative for the RPBs in Powys and Gwent also, and as Secretary for the National Provider Forum, which gives me a good understanding of the national picture that I hope will be helpful for CTM.
Previously I worked in the Office of the Public Guardian and the Home Office, spending ten years as one of the senior management team at Newport Passport Office.
