Am I eligible?
Pension Credit: Eligibility is based on your income and savings.
- Must have reached State Pension age (currently 66 as of April 2021)
- Your income should be below the specified levels for Guarantee Credit
- Savings Credit is available only if you reached State Pension age before April 6, 2016
- Savings over £10,000 will affect the amount you receive
- Winter Fuel Allowance: to be eligible for the winter of 2024/2025, you need to have been born on or before 26 September 1958 and reside in the UK for at least one day during the “qualifying week,” likely in September 2024.
