How does this fund link in with the regional priorities set in the Regional Area Plan?
The Regional Area Plan lays out the health and social care needs for our communities, population and people. The capital and accommodation investment is an enabler that allows us to develop suitable accommodation with care for those vulnerable groups of people in our communities. The accommodation needs highlighted in the area plan is supported with a 10 year Capital Strategy that defines the priority areas for accommodation development over the next 10 years.
