How does the Regional Partnership Board decide what is funded through the Housing With Care capital fund?

A number of partner agencies, have come together to create a regional Capital Board, who function under the RPB. This board consists of members of senior officers from Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil & Bridgend County Borough Councils whose expertise lie in social care and housing, along with partners from registered social landlords and Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. The board reviews all applications for new accommodation schemes and recommend those for investment, that meet the aims of the needs of the communities.
